I try not to complain when I feel a coin is under-graded but, I can’t bite my tongue here. Originally I felt this coin was a softly struck specimen (as so many of this date seem to be). I do however appreciate now that the coin does show some very light rub – but AU 50 rub? C’mon! The coin still shows real luster and remains wicked sharp on the reverse.
